Is a luxury flat for 2 people in the historic heart of La Charité sur Loire. Discover La Charité sur Loire and enjoy the peace and beauty of this beautiful area. In a historic building located in a side street of Rue du Pont is our French flat.
Through the entrance, stairs take you to the first floor where you will find a kitchenette, a coffee corner and the lounge.
You can prepare your breakfast, lunch and even dinner in this kitchenette equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, juicer and L'or espresso machine.
However, the local catering is also highly recommended of course.
In the lounge overlooking the courtyard you can relax on the sofa, armchair or at the table.
On the second floor you will find the luxuriously furnished bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room also has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. This bedroom has a double bed (separate mattresses) measuring 1.60 x 2.00. The beds have already been made for you. The beds have already been made for you.
You can also use the balcony for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. (Hairdryer available)
Towels and shower gel are free of charge.
From the bedroom you can reach the courtyard below via a medieval staircase. A lovely place to cool off in the hot summer months.
You can book for a minimum of 2 nights.
The flat is not suitable for children and pets.
In the downstairs area of our flat, you can use our washing machine and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron.

On arrival you will receive a welcome pack containing a laundry pod, dishwasher tablet, tea bags, coffee capsules, sweetener, sugar and coffee creamer, a bottle of water and some fruit, toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap.
We can also fill the fridge with delicacies for the first evening and morning of your stay.
You can park in one of the many public car parks, the nearest of which is a 1-minute walk from our address, the Chemin de la Montagne car park.
Parking in front of the entrance is not allowed, but you can load and unload your bags.

Located on the River Loire with its beautiful sandy beaches, flora and fauna.
This medieval town is on the pilgrimage route of Santiago de Compostella, between Sancerre, Bourges, Pouilly sur Loire and Nevers and an hour's drive from the mid-mountain range du Morvan .

There is much to do in La Charité sur Loire, from festivals to concerts, book markets, tastings and a real culinary mecca.
